    The cost to feed each bird is aprox. $3.00 a week. This includes food,treats,vitamins and medical needs.The animals at Spacious Skies are all LifeCare. Our  costs are ongoing and we depend on support from those who believe in our mission and like us  believe that all animals deserve love, safe environments and stable homes, especially those who have suffered emotional, physical abuse and feelings of abandonment.

     Most of these animals would have been "killed" or suffered readoption repeatedly, sometimes adoption IS NOT AN ANSWER, animals with severe behavior problems need a safe haven where they know they will not continue to suffer abuse in a cycle which often perpetuates the problem. Birds  suffer this unintentional cycle more than most folks are even aware of and are especially intolerant of change in environment.  Our mission is to strive to undo these injustices and regain  trust, provide loving and safe stable environments, nurturing and constant reassurance.  To feed all the dogs at Spacious Skies Inc. Animal Rescue LifeCare Sanctuary costs aprox.$5.00  each dog per day. Part of this cost goes toward medications, parasite protection, yearly vacinations, spaying and nuetering.  We are dependant upon donations to care for these animals who are all LifeCare.
